    Psychiatry (Heather Sahyouni, PMHNP-BC)

    • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60–90 minutes): $300

    • Follow-Up Medication Management (30 minutes): $150

    • Focused Psychotherapy (30-minutes): $100

    • Extended Psychotherapy (60 minutes): $150

    We understand that cost matters.

    To help make care more accessible, we offer:

    • Limited sliding-scale spots

    • Shorter follow-up options when appropriate

    • Superbills for possible out-of-network reimbursement

    If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out—we’re happy to talk through options.

  • If we are not yet in-network with your insurance:

    • Payment is due at time of service.

    • We can provide a detailed superbill upon request.

    • You may submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

    We recommend contacting your insurance carrier to ask:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible?

    • What percentage is reimbursed?
