    If you have insurance NOT listed above and would like us to be in-network, please reach out to let us know, as bringing you affordable care is of utmost importance to us.

    At this time, Heather is accepting self-pay only while awaiting in-network status.

    It is extremely important to us that we accept your insurance and provide affordable care. We anticipate joining the above insurance panels in the coming months and are at the mercy of their processing timelines.

    Psychiatry (Heather Sahyouni, PMHNP-BC)

    • Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60–90 minutes): $300

    • Follow-Up Medication Management (30 minutes): $150

    • Psychotherapy (30-minutes): $100

    • Psychotherapy (60 minutes): $150

  • If we are not yet in-network with your insurance:

    • Payment is due at time of service.

    • We can provide a detailed superbill upon request.

    • You may submit this to your insurance for possible reimbursement based on your out-of-network benefits.

    We recommend contacting your insurance carrier to ask:

    • Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible?

    • What percentage is reimbursed?

    • Credit & debit cards

    • HSA/FSA cards

    • Secure online payments through our patient portal

    • Cash: Must be exact- no cash is kept onsite for change
